Forster To Resume Training

Ipswich Town striker Nicky Forster should resume light training this week and be back in action early next month.
The 31-year-old damaged knee cartilage and underwent surgery at the back end of last month and should resume training this week in time for return early next month.
Town Physio Dave Williams: “Nicky is doing well and moving forward.
“He will be doing some light running this week and is on schedule to be back playing in around the six week recovery period that normally goes with the type of operation he had.”
