Price Holds Hands Up

Ipswich Town goalkeeper Lewis Price has admitted he made a mistake which allowed Darren Huckerby to score yesterday.

Price: “I thought I could get to it coming into the box but it didn’t come as far as I thought. Once I was committed to gathering I had to try to make it. But Huckerby got lucky because it sort of bounced between us and went his way. It was the same when he got past jay, too – it bounced the right way for him.

 

“Still we have to accept these things an get on with it.”
