Synnott Injury

Ipswich Town youngster Michael Synnott has been rushed to hospital with a suspected broken ankle on his return to training.

The Irish defender had surgery after Town’s FA Youth Cup win against Southampton back in April, he returned to action at the start of the season but suffered ankle ligament damage which ruled him out for a month.

 

He returned to training today but has taken to hospital with a suspected broken ankle, which could rule him out for a long time.
