‘Pool After Dean

League One side Hartlepool United have made initial enquires about the possibility of taking Town youngster Dean McDonald on-loan.

The 19-year-old striker has been unable to hold down a place in the first team squad this season and with all four senior strikers currently fit it looks like he wont be able to any time soon.

 

Town manager Joe Royle: “Hartlepool have expressed an interest in Dean going there on loan for a month, we've had a chat about it and it will be a good opportunity for him.”
