Price Fine

Ipswich Town goalkeeper Lewis Price will be fine for Town’s game against Cardiff City on Monday despite sitting out training today.

Price sprained his finger but he will be fine for the game in Cardiff which is being screened by Sky.

 

Town physio Dave Williams: “He has sprained a finger but it's only a minor problem, it's a soft tissue injury and he will be back in training on Saturday and will be okay for the Cardiff game.”

 

Sito and Juan are also currently receiving treatment for injuries, Williams added: “Sito has jarred his ankle but will be training on Saturday while Jimmy has a calf problem.

 

“He took a kick on Tuesday and trained for 10 minutes today before pulling out.

 

“It's sore, perhaps more than he expected but it was more a precaution than anything else that he stopped.”
