Richards On Spot Kick

Ipswich Town midfielder Matt Richards says he had no hesitation in taking Town’s penalty against Wolves earlier today.
Town were awarded a penalty after referee Keith Stroud judged Nicky Forster had been fouled by Gabor Gyepes.
Matt: “I was happy to take the kick and struck it well enough.
“The 'keeper got his hand to it but I knew it was in and it was an important kick as well because we needed to get back in the game quickly after their goal.
“That's three for me now and I want to push on and get some more goals this season and improve that side of my game.
“I thought we battled well and deserved the point and now we have to build on this performance because I still feel we are capable of moving up the table and finishing in the top six.”
