Chilis Confirmed

It has been confirmed that the Red Hot Chili Peppers will be playing at Portman road as part of their European tour.

The Chilis’ will kick-off the UK leg of their European tour at Portman Road on the 30^th of June, then follow that up with gigs at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry on the 2^nd of July, Reading’s Madejski Stadium on the 3^rd, Pride Park on the 5^th, The Don Valley Stadium in Sheffield on the 6^th, The Manchester Evening News Arena on the 11^th and 12^th and then finishing up at London’s Earls Court  on the 14^th, 15^th,16^th and 17^th.

 

Elton john, REM and Neil Diamond have all had concerts at Portman Road in recent years and Singing The Blues reported way back in 2004 that Bon Jovi may also be appearing at Portman Road in the summer.

 

STB did leak the date on its message board towards the end of January.
