Naylor: We Must Improve

Ipswich Town defender Richard Naylor believes Town need to improve their performances to avoid another defeat like that at Luton on Saturday.

Naylor: “We have got to do better than we did on Saturday against sides like Luton Town.

 

“We all know that and it was a very disappointing. We were not at the races in the first half, and tried to improve after the break.

 

“It was breezy and the pitch was difficult, but Luton played through it and created chances.

 

“Our youngsters like Owen Garvan and Jimmy Juan will not have experienced conditions like it.

 

“We made three changes again on Saturday, and this has been par for the course all season. We have been unable to find any continuity and field any settled sides.”
