Bradford Not After Dean

Bradford City manager Colin Todd has denied suggestions that Bradford wanted to sign Dean McDonald when his Town contract expires.

McDonald played well against the Bantams while on-loan at Hartlepool earlier in the season which prompted rumours linking him with a move to Bradford when his Town contract expires, but Bradford boss Colin Todd has denied those reports but has confirmed he did contact Joe Royle to ask who was being let go.

 

Todd: “I spoke to Joe to ask which players he would be letting go at the end of the season. McDonald's name came up but he's not the player for me.”
