Did you notice that the EJ13 completed the Australian Grand Prix weekend in a different guise to that in which it was launched at Barcelona? The car sported three new logo's from Jordan, V10 and property company RE/MAX Europe.

When the EJ13 made it's first appearance, the fans commented on the messageboard that the cars had a distinct lack of livery.  By the time that the car made it's first appearance at the Grand Prix, the spaces on the car had been filled.  Granted, the spaces have been filled mainly by Jordan's own brands, and one wonders if their timely appearance was perhaps an attempt by the team to deflect further speculation by the press over their financial position?

Jordan have advised the fans on many occasions that they are fighting fit and that the years finances had been sorted. It was good to see that the car looked "fuller" although perhaps it's a shame that the car hasn't been liveried in line with the previous years of title sponsorship from Benson and Hedges.  The hornet / shark / stinger would look superb gracing the nose of the EJ13.

The fans were of the opinion that as the season progressed, the empty spaces would be filled in.  Just before the Grand Prix, Jordan announced a one year sponsorship deal with RE/MAX Europe. The teams credibility in the eyes of the commercial world will have improved with the performance of the car and the drivers over the weekend. It can only be a matter of time before the V-10 logo's are replaced in favour of a more lucrative sponsorship deal.
