Ralph Firman broke his duck in todays very entertaining Spanish Grand Prix. Ralph finished in 8th place picking up a point for himself and the team.

Ralph drove a steady race although the car seemed fairly twitchy under acceleration out of the corners and with Jenson Button less than a second behind the pressure was on for Ralph to keep it on the straight and narrow.

Picking up his first point of his F1 career, Ralph told ITV that it had been an incredible weekend. He said that the pressure on him to perform had been immense but that having run pre-season testing at the circuit, it really helped.

Well done Ralph.  Let's hope that it's the first of many.
