Jordan's Silverstone Test Day One

Jordan have hit the track at Silverstone for the first day of a three day testing session at the circuit that's just across the road from the factory doors.

Both Nick and Giorgio are in attendance for the team and they were focussed entirely on Bridgestone's tyre test programme.

Jordan haven't published any lap times yet although as Jordan are at the circuit alone, the team won't usually publish lap times.  Giorgio was happy with his day.  He lost some time with a technical problem but on the whole, he completed over 60 laps and lapped close to Nick's times.

Jordan along with the rest of the grid are enjoying a three week lay off with some of the team taking a well earned break.  Meanwhile, the test teams continue on apace and a test report will appear on the official Jordan site shortly.
