Neil missed out on the whole of last season with various cartilage injuries but had still done enough with Pools to earn himself a professional contract with the Club in the summer.

The tough-tackling full back has a whole-hearted approach to the game and has made an impact at both Youth and Reserve Team level.

After missing out last season, the youngster is in determined mood and looking to push on this term and get some First Team experience under his belt.
