2 wins in 2 has filled the team with confidence but can it continue when Wrexham come to town. Free scoring Pools will take on Wrexham who have won their last 3 out of 5
Danny Wilson has called on his team to keep up the goalscoring this weekend when Wrexham come to town. Wilson is hoping for a loud reception from the fans after some great away support at Peterbrough and Grimsby
The two team are on equal points but Pools have a better goal difference whilst Wrexham have a game in hand meaning Pools really do need the win. 3 points for either side could see them being lifted into the top 7 and into a playoff position
Saturday will see Chris Llewellyn return to the Vic after his season with Pools ended in the summer. So far Llewellyn has scored 4 times in all competitions. Wrexham had a great start to the season but have lost 3 of their last 5 games.
Pools will be without Tony Sweeney after he picked up a knee injury against Grimsby but Mark Tinkler has returned to ful training and will be pushing for a place in the squad.
Wrexham will be without Darren Ferguson, Neil Roberts, Shaun Pejic, Lee McEvilly and Levi MacKin.
Apart from Sweeney, Hartlepool are expected to name the same side that played grimsby but with Willie Boland filling in in the middle
