Daly wins appeal

It was the news that most fans would have expected but today Jon Daly had his red card overturned and he will now be available for the game on Saturday

It has today been announced that Jon Daly will be up for selection against Darlington after his red card has been recinded.

Hartlepool lodged a complaint after Danny Wilson claimed the referee was conned by Chester defender Artell's actions.

The news has come as a huge relief to Danny Wilson and Jon Daly who is Hartlepool's top scorer with 8 goals in 11 games
