A must win game for both team. Barnet are only just outside the relegation places and Hartlepool are desperate to get their promotion push back on track.
3rd home game in a row and so far we are yet to win one. A draw with Darlo and defeat to Doncaster has proved to be especially frustrating but Wilson hopes Pools luck will change against Barnet this weekend.
Barnet games at The Vic have always been enjoyed by Pools fans and last time they were up here we beat them 6-1 and Pools fans will be delighted with a similar scorline this time around.
Wilson is still unsure about the fitness of Joel Porter but Darryl Duffy has been introdued to the strikeforce for saturdays game and some bookies have him 5-1 on to open the scoring. Darren Williams will be up for a return to the team but with Micky Barron on form against Darlo his place is not guarenteed. Hartlepool however are still without Sweeney and Proctor. Dimi is expected to return to goal but if it was up to me I would leave Jim Provett there after some good performancs in the JPT
Barnet have problems of their own with all of their strikeforce out injured or suspended. Paul Warhurst is expected to start upfront for them.
