Williams to Wrexham

Pools fan favourite Eifion Williams has signed a two year deal with Welsh outfit Wrexham. The striker who will be best remembered for his two strikes against Darlo and his goal at Cardiff will Wrexham after being released by Pools in the summer. .

Pools fan favourite Eifin Williams has signed atwo year deal with Welash outfit Wrexham. He was released by Pools at the end of the season despite having one of hit most successful campaigns with the club.

Williams will be most remembered by Pools fans for his two goals against Darlington this season and his equaliser against Sheff Wed at Cardiff back in 2005.

THe Weslsh Wizard has played 239 games for the club and scored 56 goals during that time.

At Wrexham he will join former Poolies Chris Llewelyn and Micky Proctor and if thats the main competition for places Williams will start every game for the Dragons, who just missed out on relegation last season
