Nine goal start

Pools got off to a nine goal start at relegated Billingham Town - without Michael Brown. Word is that he committed himself to his home town club a few weeks ago and is likely to start at Bradford PA this weekend ..
Billingham are struggling at the moment so not too much can be read into the win but at least we proved we can hit the net.
There was a hat trick for super sub Connor Smith and goals for Jack Compton, Marlon Harewood, Brad Walker, Kieran Green, and two for Jonathan Franks.
Luke James came on for Compton towards the end of the first half but couldn't join the scorers.

Nice night so went to see this. Couldnt judge anything because Billingham were not at the races. We scored 6 bin the second half as our fitness told plus the fact that we changed almost the entire team.
