The Trains Now Calling At York

Big Marlon was the here at the end of last season and it looks like he's winding himself up to do it again - hopefully starting at York.

He put himself about when playing 88 minutes against Southend and did have one belting  shot fom outside the box, which was parried by the keeper diving low to his left.

Against a strugglng York side his experience and ability to feed off the passion of 2,000 travelling Poolies might just be a match winner.

Of course, he may not be starting the game if Hugill's eye injury has recovered in time. Instead he may have to come off the bench and it would be good to see Scott Fenwick on there as well. He scored for the reserves on his comeback in midweek and he surely must figure in the squad.

Let's face it - we need a win.
