His second half goal from the left of the box came after a superb set up by Rakish Bingham and Pools could have gone on to get the win.

Moore made a number oc nahnges, as did the Blades, with Billy Paynter, Michael Woods and Carl Magnay all injured and joining Matthew Bates and Brad Walker on the sidelines.

Harry Worley returned as did Dan Jones, Lewis Hawkins and Scott Fenwick.

They all put up a decent show which bodes well for the vastly more important league campaign.
