Beware Wounded Mansfield

Mansfield Town haven't scored in their last five games. Is that good news or is the dam about to break against a Pools side whose inconsistent defending is a major worry?

Of course, the other question is will our luck continue to hold out?

We certainly had plenty of it in the last two victories at the Vic, but at the same time we have also started to play better. Last week we had four debutants in the team and once they settle will the continue to have the same impact.

Certainly Kal Naismith looked quality and reminiscent of Andy Monkhouse, while double goalscorer Jake Gray made a massive imapct. For some reason the game sponsors gave the MoM to Mandron vbut onse feels they picked the wrong debutant.

Billy Paynter is out with an achilles tear so there won't be much change up front with Oates, Bingham and Fenwick all probably competing for one shirt. Why not  give them half an hour each ?

Michaele Duckworth was stretchered off with cramp against Orient. That's a first but proves how much work he does so let's hope he is Ok this week.
