If Pools can get cynical and stop giving simple goals away they will climb the league. At high flying Doncastser they matched the home side and everyone had settlled for a draw when we allowed yet another late winner . Do we ever learn ?

Donny's first was a simple one as well with a simple cross finding the head of top-scorer John Marquis

Pools deservedly got back on terms after Padraig Amond was bundled in the back just before half time and he cooly slotted the penalty straight down the middle.

We held our own in the second half only to allow Liam Mandeville in for a very late winner.

It's Accrington at home on Tuesday and let's have a full 90 minutes effort and concentration.
