Christmas Joy

Scott Harrison at centre half and Billy Paynter up front. That hasn't sounded familiar for some time but bith played a big part ion a very creditable goalless draw at Pompey.

Scott Carson was also busy in goal for a side which refound its pride.

Harrison is the sort of player who needs a run in the side to get his confidence back,  and if he makes the odd mistake well then so do the other lads who have been at the back.

With Magnay out injured where we are lacking is in having a midfield player parked in front of the back four, and it looks like Featherstone may finally be given that job.

There's a week off now before the Boxing Day game so why not tell the lads now it will be same again and go off and enjoy your Christmas. There' s been too much tinkering.
