Message Board to go Members Only

As of Midday on Thursday 9th June, "The Victoria Lounge" messageboard on this site will be made Members Only. You will need to register in order to post on the board.

I have tried to avoid doing this for some time, but sadly there is now more and more Spam creeping onto the board; particularly adverts for illegal pyramid schemes. In order to try and keep this under control - and to allow any abusive posters etc to be removed - this is about the only option I have.

My policy on use of the board will remain pretty much unchanged. Anything potentially libellous, abuse, and unwanted Spam will be removed; foul language will usually be edited; repeat offenders may find themselves banned - but I will not be banning anyone simply for the views they express with a few obvious exceptions (eg Racist views will not be allowed on the board). Fans of other clubs remain welcome to post so long as they abide by the above.
