Michael Schumacher is very much looking forward to the upcoming Turkish Grand Prix in Istanbul. Schumacher knows that this race will be crucial if he is to retake his World Drivers' Championship back from Fernando Alonso. This is what Michael had to say about the summer break and the Turksih Grand Prix:

"We had a short holiday which was really nice. However I wouldn't mind to have skip my holiday. We could have gone straight to Turkey. The championship fight is a lot of fun I can't wait to get into the car in Turkey.

There are still five races left for the championship and getting the title. We will continue our hunt on Fernando. We still do all we can to win the titles and Istanbul will be the next step towards it."

Schumacher is now only 10 points behind his Spanish rival and a strong performance in Turkey could easily bring that gap down to around 5 or 6. Michael must take full advantage of this and the next Grand Prix in Italy if he is to take the Championship as Ferrari will be strong at these two events and the remaining 3 races will not be as easy for them.
