Can Ferrari
Still Win
Without Schumacher?

With the departure of Ross Brawn, Rory Byrne and especially Michael Schumacher, can Ferrari still dominate Formula 1? Many fans and Formula 1 personalities are curious and worried as to whether Ferrari can win with Kimi Raikkonen and Felipe Massa in the car. Ex-Formula 1 driver Marc Surer has pointed out that Kimi Raikkonen in particular seems to be poorly skilled in developing a car or team. Despite his obvious skill, Raikkonen's lack of team and car developing abilities may indeed be his down fall at the Scuderia:

"I think Kimi needs a ready-made team, but if he gets his hands on a fast Ferrari then he can win races and championships."

Fellow ex-Formula 1 racer Christian Danner spells out Ferrari's future a bit more bluntly:

"I am convinced that the unbeatable Ferrari of Schumacher's day is gone."

Present Toyota driver Jarno Trulli, is however certain that Ferrari will still be a major force within the Formula 1 World Championship:

"I don't think the departure of Schumacher or Brawn will change much."

We know that both Kimi Raikkonen and Felipe Massa are very strong racers who can give Ferrari victories, but likely only if they have the perfect car. We will just have to wait and see if Raikkonen or Massa can develop the car and the team as well as Michael Schumacher, but Schumacher's ability will not likely be matched. One thing is certain when it comes to Ferrari's future, it shall never be the same.
