| Felipe Massa has revealed that he is quite pleased with his and the F2007's progress so far this season. Despite poor weather and crash setbacks in testing, Massa is certain the F2007 will be up to the task in the fight for the World Championship. This is what Felipe had to say: "Despite the weather we've managed to do some good work. We did some running in the dry, and a lot in the wet. It's a shame conditions weren't better but at least we've done some running and let's hope we can get more done next week. The new car feels good. We've found some good solutions with the set-up and made consistent improvements. My crash was fairly standard and at that corner the barrier is very close to the racing line and the gravel didn't slow me down at all." Felipe's crash last week during testing at Vallelunga should not have any major reprecussions and hopefully will not impact Kimi Raikkonen's first test of the F2007 this week. |
