Track: Sakhir Drivers: Kimi Raikkonen and Felipe Massa Cars: F2007 and F2007 Ferrari have dominated the first two days of running this week during testing in Bahrain. Felipe Massa has been fastest on both days, with Kimi Raikkonen right behind. This has certainly been very positive for Ferrari and a good indication of what the season will bring. Tuesday saw Massa fastest with a 1'31.260 after completing 102 laps. Raikkonen was 2nd quickest with a time of 1'31.590 and 95 laps under his belt. This was also the first day for the Melbourne specification aerodynamic package which is being tested on the F2007 this week for the first time. Wednesday's running was very similar, with Felipe Massa on top and Kimi Raikkonen just behind. The Finn however, was one spot down from Tuesday, in 3rd place. Felipe ran 100 laps, setting the fastest time of the day, a 1'30.640. Kimi ran 94 laps of the Sakhir Circuit, with a quickest time of 1'31.490. This was the second day for the new aero package, which seems to be performig quite well. As stated above, the past two days have been very positive for Ferrari but have also confirmed something else. This is that McLaren is Ferrari's main competitor for the 2007 World Championship. Fernando Alonso, Lewis Hamilton and Pedro de la Rosa have been right on Ferrari's pace for both days. BMW also continued to impress along with a somewhat resurgent Renault team. Testing continues here tomorrow. Ferrari 1 will have coverage of the remaining testing as well as high resolution desktop wallpapers from every day of the test.
