| Ferrari President Luca di Montezemolo has revealed that he misses Michael Schumacher and that Ferrari will never be the same without him. This will be the first Grand Prix without Schumacher in a Ferrari since his retirement at the end of the 2006 season. This is what the Italian had to say about Schumacher not racing for the Scuderia: "It is even more strange to remember that he was a main contender for victories only five months ago. Schumacher was never difficult, never political. Of course we miss him. But that's life; that's sport. You also have to know how to look into the future." Michael Schumacher will not be in the car this weekend, though it is likely he will attend this and many other races during the 2007 season. This is according to his manager Willi Weber: "You don't have Formula One in your life for sixteen years and simply pull the plug. It's in his blood, but before you ask. No, he's not making a comeback." |
