Rubens Fastest on Final Day of Testing

Rubens Barrichello completed the Scuderia's testing schedule at Barcelona, puting in a total of 77 laps with a fastest time of 1'16.131, quickest on the day . The Brazilian was followed by Olivier Panis in the Toyota who was about a half second off Barrichello's time.

Fourth day of testing this week for Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro, working once again today at the Catalunya Circuit, near Barcelona.

Today, Rubens Barrichello continued with the development work on new components, electronic solutions and Bridgestone tyres, which got underway a few days ago. The Brazilian driver covered a total of 77 laps, the quickest in 1’16’’131.

The Barcelona test is now over and the Scuderia continues testing tomorrow on the Vairano straight, when Andrea Bertolini will be the wheel of the F2004 M.
