Like most of the other teams, Ferrari was in action for testing today, but the team was at Fiorano rather than Paul Ricard. As the other teams prepare for the upcoming Grand Prix at Paul Ricard, Luca Badoer was all alone at Fiorano for the Scuderia.

Circuit: Fiorano
Drivers: Luca Badoer
Car: F2005
Ferrari continued testing today at the Fiorano Circuit, working on getting the F2005 ready for Monaco. Luca Badoer was once again in action for the Italian team today , but unlike yesterday, he was not joined by a race driver.
Badoer was of course given the task of testing the Bridgestone tyres, in an attempt to get them back up to pace. Since Ferrari is the only finacially secure team on Bridgestones, they must do all of the testing for the Japanese tyre manufacturer. This may change next year as rumours are circulating about Red Bull switching to Bridgestones to assist the Scuderia with testing. This will likely be a welcome relief for Luca Badoer as he has been doing just about all of the Bridgestone testing this year. More on the Red Bull/Bridgestone relationship later.
Badoer ran 75 laps, with a fastest time of 0'57.447. Luca Badoer will be back in action at Fiorano tomorrow, as Rubens Barrichello will join him to continue testing.
