Former Ferrari driver Eddie Irvine believes that Ferrari's main problem in 2005 are their inferior Bridgestone tyres. Irvine does however partially blame Ferrari for putting themselves in the situation with poor quality tyres. Here is what Eddie had to say about Ferrari's attempt to monopolise the Bridgestone tyres: "Now Ferrari's rivals have made Michelin the better tyre. Though it's a shame that F1 has turned into a tyre championship." Irvine was also worried about what Ferrari will be able to do in Belgium and that next year may be no better. "It's not looking good for Spa. Also it's not good for next year." Thanks for stating the obvious Eddie... |
