Renault Engineering Director Pat Symonds has stated that Ferrari will win by a very large margin at Imola. Symonds attributes this to the fact that Bridgestone should have a significant advantage in the colder weather seen at many of the European rounds. This is what Symonds had to say about the Ferrari/Bridgestone combination in Europe:

"I think in Imola, Ferrari will win by a very, very large margin"
