Ockocha Signs

Wanderers manager Sam Allardcye today unveiled a transfer coup when he unveiled the signing of the captain of Nigeria, Jay Jay Okocha on a free transfer.

28 year old Okocha has put the disappointment of being eliminated from the World Cup with his native Nigeria and fulfilling his lifetime dream of signing for an English club.
Okocha spent last season in the French capital playing for Paris St. Germain but didn't want to sign a new contract, realising a good World Cup could open the door for a big money move to one of the big European leagues. That risk has paid off with his signing for Bolton after impressing for Nigeria despite their poor display in the World Cup.
