You can only play what is in front of you. The Sunday papers are full of weakened Exeter stories and very little about the superb rugby served up by (an also weakend) Wasps who throughly deserved the five try 34-5 victory over a side who had hardly conceded this campaign.

It was an all round team performance from a side missing the influential Alfie Barbeary and Zach Kilbrige - James Gaskell and Simon McIntyre both crossing twice, and Lima Sopoaga also scored a try to add to his nine points with the boot.
Richard Capstick got Exeter's only score.
We lost Jack Willis at half time with a hip injury but kept up the momentum until the end.
Understandaby, Lee Blackett was rather pleased wth hi start to 2021: "We're really pleased with the result built off our good defence. Also a very good performance by the pack up front.
"It's one of our big strengths. People underestimate how good a pack we've got. We knew they were missing some key guys but we went with as big a pack as we could. It's a long time since we picked Haskell at six."
