Indiscipline cost us dear once again. We were 22-0 down in the first half against Saints and that was a mountain we couldn't climb going down 17-22.
Fortunately, we avoided another hammering at the Ricoh by bucking up our ideas in the second half.
Decision making wasn't good either with three kickable pens in the first half rejected, and then we had Kieran Brookes and James Gaskell in the sin-bin at the same time - cue a 20 metre line-out drive.
Our finest moment came early in the second half which saw Rob Miller cross. Unfortunately Naiyaravoro's yellow card for a high tackle was then well defended by Saints and we couldn't score./
Poor old Simon McIntyre went off with a leg injury just a minute after coming on, but we closed the gap with penalties from Umaga before we got our bionus point thanks to replacement hooker Taylor.
Lee Blackett was happier than ast week (not difficult) saying we easily had enough opportunities to score but didn't take them. In the end our ill discipline proved costly.

And the Title ?
Still will not start Dobby, still thinks Farrel is the bees knees. Still cannot forgive his treatment of Wade and Cips.
