Stooke Signs

The bitter disappointment of that last minute defeat at Quins has been tempered with the signing today of Elliott Stooke from Bath. The 27 year old lock will be available for next season.
He'll joing a club full of talentt but one which hneeds some pragmatism to get the results.
It was evident again on Sunday whejn Quins pinched a last minute winner to take a thriller 48-46.
The home side had Muike Brown red carded for whatb appeared to be a nasty stamp to Tommy Taylor's head.
We were leading 46-41 and worth it until Marcus Smith was allowed to go in on the blind side and then convert his won try.
Lee Blackett continues to be exasperated. He told the press: "You can't come to the Stoop and score 46 points and lose the game. I want to be here being really positive about the things that have gone well, but we can't because we've conceded 48 points to lose a game.
"It wasn't just the last 10 minutes. It was throughout the game - our defence fell off a cliff."
