Why do we go into test mode?

There is an automatic time out within the SportNetwork sites which throws the site into test mode whenever there has been editorial inactivity for more than two weeks.

The Drunkenwasps site is a very intensive message board site, but unfortunately there are very few people who seem to be willing to contribute articles regularly for editorial content. As a result, if one of the three regular editors forgets to write something for a fortnight, the site closes down.
