Recently we allowed dumpTackle to advertise their wares on The Craic - we don't allow just anyone to do so but these guys asked nicely and are a company run by rugby supporters. We at The Craic do try to help nice rugby supporters as much as we can.
It occurred to us at the time, though, that the range of London Irish-specific kit was, shall we say, "limited" and we happen to know where there are a bunch of very creative and passionate London Irish supporters hang-out and we got to thinking...
The Craic T-Shirt Challenge!
We have teamed up with www.dumpTackle.com, the fans brand of rugby t-shirts, to come up with ideas for a brand new London Irish t-shirt! Please post your suggestions on this thread for the t-shirt you would most like to see designed - entries by Friday 24th October. The winning design will be chosen by the guys at dumpTackle, with the winner receiving their winning design on a t-shirt! Entries can be serious, funny, in honour of legends past and present, whatever takes your fancy, just so long as it is relevant to London Irish!!

I've regularly suggested a Fairies jersey design, but it would involve artistic talent & access to good design software. If you would, please imagine it:
It would start at the bottom in Irish green, and at the shoulders in Fairies pink. As the colours blended in the green at the bottom would morph through blobs to shamrocks over the pink to clavicle level.
Well I'd buy it. The sword would be the correct colour. Wassname, poshtotty or whatever, bet you could make it!
Faugh-a-Ballagh!
"Our prayer is 'God save Ireland' and pour blessings on her name!"
Black tee with emerald green pop art silhouette of Caimh's head/face adorned by his shock of white hair accompanied by white text of his 'come on you irish' war cry
Props are not stupid It took me a while, but I just finished this great design. See what you think. It could be done in different colours, but I just didn't find the time:
Seeing as it is 100 years since the Great War, I think we should make an Emerald T-Shirt that says "London Irish does not forget." and a poppy above the writing. Then on the back we have a list of players who represented London Irish and then went on to fight and at the bottom "Thank You"
Think that would really show the character of our club and this message board.
