Richard
has chosen to support MNDA this year because of he has seen the effect MND has
had on many sporting friends and colleagues including Rugby player Jarrod
Cunningham of London Irish and Colin Nash, Richards first Racehorse trainer.
In April of this year he and his team mate
Tony Martin, undertook a challenge unimaginable to most people when they took
part in a 350 mile race from Resolute Bay in the former Canadian North Western
Territories to the Magnetic North Pole.
