The London Irish Supporters Club will hold their fourth AGM on Thursday 11th September, herewith the notice and agenda. This is an important meeting, regular business aside, it has to consider and adopt a new constitution there is also the strategic plan to be agreed.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT

the Fourth Annual General Meeting of the London Irish Supporters’ Club

will be held at 8.00pm on Thursday 11^th September 2003

at London Irish Rugby Football Club, The Avenue, Sunbury-on-Thames, Middlesex.

AGENDA

1. Welcome and apologies

2. To approve the Minutes of the AGM held on 5^th September 2002 and consider matters arising

3. To receive the Chairman’s report

4. To consider the accounts and receive the Hon. Treasurers report

5. To elect Committee Officers and Members (x4) for the season 2003/2004

6. To consider and adopt the draft Constitution - Click here to read

7. To consider the Committee’s proposed strategic plan for the future of LISC

8. To consider any other business

The right to vote at the meeting is limited to those who were paid up members of the Supporters’ Club as at 31^st July 2003.

The Nomination Form for Committee Officers and Members (x4) is to be returned by post to the Chairman to arrive on/before 5.00pm on 4^th September 2003

After the meeting Gary Gold and Pat Coyne have kindly agreed to address and take questions from the membership.
