I eventually gets a reply from PGT about the wigs and boas. This basically says nothing, the delay in getting any answer somewhat frustrates me.

An Ed’s Diary – 10th July 2003

Frustrating evening.

PGT replies to my mail saying ‘We have a meeting within the next couple of weeks, we will discuss fully, etc….’ I fire off an – admittedly intemperate – email, saying that I have been waiting since April for a reply to my question. This being, do LISC sell wigs and boas? If not we/this site will take things over. Patrick comes back with a solicitor’s reply (no shock really, he is one). I reply again asking for answers.

Aaarrrggghhh – I really hate this kind of politics. Being LI through and through I know there is not a hint of animosity here. We’re all trying to do the right thing. We just have different ideas on how to do it......

......It’s 8.20 a.m. the next morning. I’m on a train, chuckling to myself as I read what I written above last night, wondering why I got so bothered in the first place. It’s a state of mind, the boys are back in training, rugby things starting to happen. Before long this will be well past me.... That is until next May/June when this is published.
