Now's your chance to support Tani and the Shooting Star Hospice by taking part in Tani's Golf Day on Thursday 20th May at Sutton Green golf course near Guildford. Tani's golf cart will be steering well clear of any main roads and motorways as he delivers liquid refreshment and general words of support to the participants.
Tani’s Testimonial Committee invite you to join them for the third event of Tani’s testimonial year.
Spend a day at one of Surrey’s picturesque golf courses with Tani and his team mates, followed by an enjoyable evening of dining and entertainment.

The day is arranged in association with Tani’s chosen charity – The Shooting Star Children’s Hospice.
The Shooting Star Children's Hospice provides care, support and advice for children and young people with life-limiting conditions and their families. These care services are offered free of charge to families, 365 days a year across the western half of London and north Surrey.

Where: Sutton Green Golf Club, Nr Guildford
Format: Stableford; Full Handicap; 18 holes
Suggested minimum donations of:
*£300 per team (3 players + Quins rep)
*£350 per team (3 players + VIP player / guest)

*The suggested level of donation is a guide only. By making any donation to Tani’s Testimonial you acknowledge and agree that the amount you have paid to Tani’s Testimonial is a sum freely chosen and given by you.
All funds donated to Tani’s Testimonial will (after necessary costs) be applied to the benefit of Tani Fuga and his nominated charity, The Shooting Star Children’s Hospice. You also agree that any receipt or invoice
produced by Tani’s Testimonial committee and sent to you is purely to enable all parties to deal with their respective accounting requirements and is not intended to change the nature of your freely determined
