Meet the Management Evening 7pm Wednesday 2nd February

Quinssa Meet the Management Evening, Debenture Bar, 7pm Wednesday 2nd February

What a lot there is to talk about!  Quins in the Quarter Finals of the Amlin, riding high in the Aviva Premiership and about to embark on an Arabian Adventure by playing Wasps in Abu Dhabi.  These are just some of the great things happening now, let's not forget that we've just completed a third successful Big Game at Big Stoop and are being fêted in the Press for the number of England qualified players that we are able to field each week.

With so much happening what better time to hear the thoughts of Mark Evans and Conor O'Shea and quiz them on how they see the season to date and how Quins are moving forward as a club.  You could say "something special is happening at Quins!"

Don't forget too that with Mark moving on to take on a new challenge this will probably be your last chance to put your questions to him and bid him fond farewell given all that he has achieved in his time with Quins.

This looks like being a fascinating evening.  It's on 2nd February in the Debenture Holders bar.  The event will kick off at 7.30 with doors opening at 7pm so that you have time to grab a drink from the bar and buy your raffle tickets.

On the subject of the raffle, we have some fantastic prizes up for grabs including 2 tickets in the Etihad box for the game against Gloucester, a signed ball, a signed shirt, some cases of Greene King IPA and a number of bottles of wine.  It's worth coming along for the raffle alone with those prizes!  As usual proceeds from the raffle will go to the Academy fund.

We are expecting a big turnout for this event so get there early to make sure of a seat, it would help us to organise the event if you could let us know if you're thinking of coming along, please e-mail john@quinssa.org.uk to register your interest.

Entry is free for Quinssa members and £3 for non-members (unless of course you join Quinssa on the night!)

If you are either unable to attend or are too shy to ask your question yourself you can submit your question in advance by emailing john@quinssa.org.uk by close of business on 1st February.

We look forward to seeing you on the night.

Just a few words on this event:

Please note it is being held in the Debenture Holder’s lounge (the Jester suite) NOT the members’ bar

There will be nearly 100 people there so please arrive as early as possible - bar opens at 7pm - in order to get your drinks and buy your raffle tickets before Mark & Conor start speaking.

The Raffle will be in aid of the Quinssa Academy fund.

Prizes include:
2 tickets in the Etihad box for the game against Gloucester
signed ball
signed shirt
cases of Greene King IPA
bottles of wine

I've just found out I can come (I've abandoned earlier plans!). Is it OK for me to turn up as my name's not down...

Thanks (Sm13)

(if it helps sway any decision, I'm baking on Saturday...)

Yes certainly, it's non-ticketed and open to everyone not just Quinssa members so anyone can turn up, it's just handy to know who is coming so we can get the room set up for the right numbers.

great evening.

Good questions from Members. Mark & Connor very candid with pretty inciteful answers into both running of club, and managing the team.

Prof was taking notes at a furious pace which he will endeavour to publish as soon as he can

Thanks to Quinssa for organising and for Conor and Mark for giving up their time.

I'm disappointed that no-one asked Conor whether Sky did, in fact, pay for the drinks on Sunday night!
