Our hopes of progressing in Europe went up in smoke as Racing's band of international superstars made light work of running in seven tries.

The class of 92 really were class and could well win the competition.

That doesn't make the 49-7 scoreline much easier to bear as the capitulation, particularly in the second half, was hard to watch. 

We are back to more familiar Premiership territory on Boxing Day when a decent Bristol Bears outfit arrive at The Stoop for a 2.00 kick off.
