Joe Marler is the only change to the starting line-up as Quins look to get their home campaign off to a five point start against Worcester Warriors.
Joe is in for Santiago Garcia Botta in a game which sees Dino Lamb and Cadan Murley make their 50th appearances for the club .
Another boost is the sgning by Andre Esterhuizen of a new contract.
Wuss also make only one change with Jamie Shillcock coming in at full back. They beat Irish at Sixways last week in the opener but it would be a major shock if they stopped the Quins juggernaut this week.
