The ruthless efficiency which is the hallmark of Sarries' play earned them a 29-22 victory which lloed so nlikely for much of the game.

With so many players away on international duty nobody was sure how this one would pan out.
Despite the absences the character of both teams was still visible with Quins scoring three tries in the fist half to lead 19-9, and looking likely to go on and cement the victory. Those scores came courtesy of Hugh Tizard, Cadan Murley and Tyrone Green.
Unfortunately, Dino Lamb was off with a yellow card and Sarries took advantage with a quick score as Dom Morris went over in the corner.
A drop goal from skipper Care increased the Quins lead to 6 points, but the ruthless machine fored a number of penalties with Lozowski kicking the points. He was successful with five attempts - 15 points which were the deciding factor.
However, itb was a late try from Wray, who went over in the corner, which clinched the win.
Nobody would have argued if the score had remained at 22-22.
