Game Of Two Halves & a sin-bin

Sadly the epic Easter battle between Quins and Bath won't be remembered for the 11 try thriller it turned out to be. Instead, the debate will be who put his clock forward a day early to allow Imre Herbst seemingly to only serve a six minute sin-bin.  

The on-screen clock on the TNT sports coverage gave the game away as the Quins lock went for a "ten minute" rest in the 64th minute. However, the same clock read 71 minutes when Imre could clearly be seen back on the pitch. The league will have to VAR their own VAR.

Regardless it was a great game. Quins magnificent for 50 minutes and going into a 40-3 lead before the defensive frailities,  exposed by Sarries, last week, resurfaced allowing Bath to run in 33 points and five tries of their  own to set up a thrilling finale.

Quins held out to take the game 40-36and are seven points  behind leaders  Northampton.
