Cleaves Starts

Quins supporters will be hoping that Prem leaders Northampton Saints arrive for the final league game with more than one eye on their semi-final. The hosts go into the game needing the win to stand a chance of finishing in the eighth and final Champions Cup qualifying spot.

Saints are guaranteed top spot after all the 3.15 kick offs have concluded and the home semi-final that delivers.

Quins go into the game in 9th place just one point behind Gloucester who currently occupy that final Cup place. So, a bonus piint win against the league leaders is required, and even that may not be enough as the West country men host bottom club Newcastle Red Bulls knwing that their European destiny is in their own hands. Instead, Quins  could finish above seventh-placed Sale, who are on 31 points,  if Sharks lose by more than seven points to Bristol.

Whatever the outcome it has not been a season to savour at The Stoop -  hence the 13 departures announced this week  including such stalwarts as Tom Lawday, Jordan Else and Stephan Lewies.

As a result there will be some heartfelt goodbyes this weekend for a team which  has  five changes from the side which lost 26-12 to Sarries. Stephan Lewies returns  for his last game.  Ollie Streeter replaces Pedro Delgado at tighthead and Jonny Green replaces Zach Carr, Will Evans starting in the bck row ahead of  Chandler Cunningham South.

Only one change in the backs with Cassius Cleaves coming onto the left wing.
