To maintain strength and depth to the senior and youth squads through an extensive recruitment campaign.
- To increase socials and team bonding exercises throughout the season for seniors and youth.
- To continue to raise the profile of Harlequin Ladies.
- To develop closer links with the local community.
- To assert a strong challenge in the RFUW League and Cup competitions.
